My 1989 RX-7. Holy f**k this thing is impossible to drive around SC. Suspension stuff: Solid Noltec bushings on EVERYTHING JIC FLT-A2 coilovers Racing Beat Swaybars Racing Beat independently adjustable rear camber rods 5Zigen FN01R-C wheels, 17x9 (+15 front, +35 rear) Nice tires up front, slippery tires in the rear (yoko es100s - there wasn't anything else available when I caught a nail in my rear tire ) Brakes: Brembo X-drilled/slotted rotors Goodridge stainless lines Hawk HPS pads Motul RBF400 fluid Power: streetported engine high flow cats really way too loud custom catback Exterior: 30mm front widebody fenders Some paint, I guess Interior: Cobra Milano S seats Autopower 6-pt. rollbar Momo steering wheel 3rd gen shift knob, or speedworks aluminum ball, depends on the season Momo pedals (still not big enough to heel/toe) Old pics: Yeah, that's about it. It worked great at Thunderhill when I took it there, but that was a loooong time ago. The only reason I'm driving it these days is b/c my daily driver got crashed into and is severely f**ked up at the moment. It's slower than shit in a straight line, but it's pretty fun around some parts of Empire Grade. It's for sale if anyone's interested, btw. hahahahahahaha

Please don't tell me your FD got hit... that car is sooo nice. I always hear all the rotary guys talking about streetporting. What exactly does the process entail (assuming its a process) ?

Do those pictures show two different roll bars? cusco and autopower? or since when are autopowers hinged?

awesome car, too bad you dont have both generations anymore I do, the FD is just in the garage getting put back to semi-stock. It's just gonna have the knightsports twins, downpipe and a catback. Other than that nothing else. I have a set of stock wheels on it now with some AVS sport tires, and I changed out the coilovers for some H&R sport spring/shock setup. Should still handle pretty well, I'll have to see when it all gets finished up, which is hopefully soon. And the FC has the same rollbar in all of the pics, the top joint is hinged on the Autopower bar. Cusco bars use thinner tubing and are more of a metallic blue, this is a flat blue that was the paint color requested by the previous owner. The car's for sale for $5500 right now, it's kinda hard to sell it to anyone local though, all of the roads are ridiculous around here, and it's not exactly a daily driver (which, for some reason, everyone thinks it is). YES, it does have supertrapps in the pics, but now it has some 4" magnaflow racing mufflers.
